4:48 P.M. OUTAGE RESTORED: This outage has been restored. If your system has not reconnected automatically, please power cycle your home Wirehand Wireless equipment before call our after-hours service or submitting a support ticket. Once again, thank you for your patience! 

3:32 P.M. UPDATE: Technicians from our upstream provider (AT&T) are repairing a damaged fiber line between El Campo and Garwood. This line brings the main Internet signal to our office that is then relayed to our Wirehand Wireless connections. Although we have not been given an estimated time for restoration, repairing a damaged fiber line can be a lengthy process. We will continue to post updates here. Thank you all for your patience.

Technicians are on-call on nights and weekends for major Internet outages. Our on-call dispatching service fields these calls for us. If a problem occurs outside of business hours, you may call the on-call service to leave a message or complete the IT SUPPORT CONTACT FORM below. A technician will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day. Please do not report issues on social media as these channels are not monitored 24/7 and your issue may not be reported in a timely manner.
