OUTAGE UPDATE (05/02/25 @ 9:20 p.m.): STEC crews have been dispatched and are on their way to restore the outage at the El Campo substation. 

WCEC crews continue to work to restore smaller outages. 

OUTAGE ALERT: WCEC crews are working to restore an outage affecting the El Campo substation and over 1,900 members. There are other crews being dispatched to work on several smaller outages as well. 

Our lineman will work as quickly as it is safe to do so to restore power. We will post updates here as we get them from the field.

Technicians are on-call on nights and weekends for major Internet outages. Our on-call dispatching service fields these calls for us. If a problem occurs outside of business hours, you may call the on-call service to leave a message or complete the IT SUPPORT CONTACT FORM below. A technician will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day. Please do not report issues on social media as these channels are not monitored for outages and it will go unreported.
