Wirehand Wireless technicians will continue updates on the TAITON TOWER on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 8-10 a.m. Wirehand Wireless subscribers connected to the TAITON TOWER may experience downtime during the updates.

Our technicians will be out in the field and not available for tech support calls during the updates. Please watch for updates here. Subscribers can also submit a support ticket below.

Wirehand Wireless Technicians are available Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. To reach a technician during these hours, call 979-543-6271.

Technicians are on-call on nights and weekends for major Internet outages. Our on-call dispatching service fields these calls for us. If a problem occurs outside of business hours, you may call the on-call service to leave a message or complete the IT SUPPORT CONTACT FORM below. A technician will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day. Please do not report issues on social media as these channels are not monitored for outages and it will go unreported.
