WIREHAND WIRELESS UPDATES: Monday, January 6, and Tuesday, January 7
WCEC will perform system updates on the Wirehand Wireless network beginning Monday, January 6, 2025, and continuing on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Prolonged downtime is not expected with the updates. However, Wirehand Wireless subscribers may experience short, intermittent interruptions. Our technicians will be in the field for most of the updates. If you experience any prolonged issues during the update period, please submit a Support Ticket below.
Wirehand Wireless Technicians are available Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. To reach a technician during these hours, call 979-543-6271.

Technicians are on-call on nights and weekends for major Internet outages. Our on-call dispatching service fields these calls for us. If a problem occurs outside of business hours, you may call the on-call service to leave a message or complete the IT SUPPORT CONTACT FORM below. A technician will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day. Please do not report issues on social media as these channels are not monitored for outages and it will go unreported.
