WIREHAND WIRELESS PLANNED MAINTENANCE: System updates will be performed across the Wirehand Wireless system over the next week, with a different section of the system being updated each morning, beginning at 2:00 a.m. Subscribers can expect 10-20 minutes of downtime when their section of the system is updated. Your connection will reconnect automatically after the update is complete.

Technicians are on-call on nights and weekends for major Internet outages. Our on-call dispatching service fields these calls for us. If a problem occurs outside of business hours, you may call the on-call service to leave a message or complete the IT SUPPORT CONTACT FORM below. A technician will contact you as soon as possible on the next business day. Please do not report issues on social media as these channels are not monitored for outages and it will go unreported.
