To connect service at an existing residential or commercial location, please call our office at 979-543-6271 or you may submit your Member Application online.

Each new member is required to provide:

- Completed Member Application
- $5 Membership Fee
- $55 Connection Fee or $20 Transfer Fee
- A deposit may be required

Connect Service for New Construction

To connect service at a building site for a new residential or commercial location, please call our office at 979-543-6271 and ask for the Engineering Department. Our Engineering Technicians can walk you through the process of adding your location to our power grid.
