WCEC Construction Project Underway

WCEC has contracted the services of Urban Electrical Services to construct 2.4 miles of dedicated circuit along FM 441 near CR 407 in preparation for a new substation to be built by South Texas Electric Cooperative in the area. Urban is scheduled to complete the line in February of 2025. Please be courteous to Urban's crews by driving cautiously when in the area.
